Data deletion
Last updated 3 October 2026
This page is for anyone who connected a social account to StealthMatch, or whose public profile figures appear in an agency's roster, and wants that data removed. The full picture of what we collect is in the Privacy Policy; this page is only about getting it deleted.
If you connected your YouTube channel
A creator connects a channel from a personal link an agency sends them, by signing in with Google and granting read-only access. From that connection we hold:
- The access and refresh tokens Google issued, so we can read the channel without asking you to sign in again. They are held in a table that no user account can read.
- Your channel's ID, title and thumbnail.
- Channel statistics (subscribers, total views, video count) from the YouTube Data API; the last 28 days' views, watch time, likes and subscribers gained, and audience breakdowns (age, gender, countries) from YouTube Analytics; all kept as a dated history of snapshots.
- If you used the rate box on your connect page: the fee and note you typed.
- If a refresh ever failed: the error message Google returned, so the team can see why.
To stop access immediately: open your Google Account's third-party connections page and remove StealthMatch. Our tokens stop working the moment you do. Your connect page may still read “connected” until the agency next refreshes it; the access itself has stopped.
To have the data deleted: email pyroracer@gmail.com with the channel name. We delete the connection, the tokens, every snapshot taken from it and anything you typed on the connect page within 30 days and confirm by email. Nothing from a connection is copied into client documents, so there is nothing else to remove.
If you signed in to StealthMatch with Google
Signing in gives us your name, email address and profile picture. To remove them, close your account by emailing pyroracer@gmail.com. We delete your personal data and your workspace content within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons, and we tell you what was kept and why.
If your Instagram or Facebook figures appear in a roster
StealthMatch reads public business-account information through the Instagram Graph API (Business Discovery) when an agency asks for it: follower and post counts, recent posts' likes, comments, captions and dates, the account name and bio, and the profile picture, which we copy to our own storage for the roster. We do not hold Instagram or Facebook login tokens for creators, and we never post, message or edit on anyone's behalf.
To have your public figures and your roster entry removed, email pyroracer@gmail.com with your handle. We remove the figures within 30 days and put you in touch with the agency holding the entry, who is responsible for having the right to list you.
What a deletion request does not do
- If your roster entry's follower counts were frozen into a Contract of Engagement (CE) a brand has already accepted, or into a campaign report already sent, those documents keep them. They are records of agreed work. Nothing from a connected channel is in them.
- It does not cancel an engagement with an agency. That is between you and them.
How to reach us
Email pyroracer@gmail.com. Say which account or handle the request is about. We answer within five working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
