A platform for anyone who represents creators and sells them to brands: talent agencies, and esports federations and event organisers who work with players and streamers. A brand’s brief goes in; AI builds a ranked shortlist from creators a person has checked; the brand gets a priced estimate straight away; the agency confirms availability and the real price; then the agency tracks delivery and sends the report. AI recommends, humans approve.
Why not just ask an AI chatbot?+
StealthMatch runs on the same kind of AI. What it adds is three things a chat window doesn’t have.
Real inventory. A chatbot answers from what it remembers about the internet. It can suggest creators who have gone quiet, got more expensive, or were never bookable, and it can make some up. StealthMatch matches only from creators a person has checked, using the audience numbers on record for each one, and every price says whether it’s the agency’s own figure or a standard price for the creator’s size.
It gets the booking done. A chatbot hands you a plan, and then you’re emailing twenty creators yourself. StealthMatch takes the plan from the estimate, through the agency confirming the price, to delivery the agency tracks and a report it sends you.
Someone is accountable. Nobody stands behind a chatbot’s suggestion. On StealthMatch every Verified creator was added by their agency or approved by a person, an agency confirms every price, and delivery numbers can be pulled from YouTube and Instagram instead of typed in. On clipping campaigns, YouTube views come straight from YouTube and nobody can type over them.
What if a brand goes straight to the creator?+
It can. StealthMatch is non-exclusive, and a brand that already knows one creator may well book them directly. The platform earns its place when a campaign needs many creators, often across several countries: one brief, one priced estimate and one set of reports instead of a dozen separate negotiations. Creators signed to an agency are booked through that agency. Today payment is arranged between the brand and the agency, the same as off the platform; accepting a quote here charges nothing. We’re planning escrow, where the brand’s payment is held until delivery is confirmed so neither side has to go first. It isn’t live yet.
How are prices set?+
Each creator shows either a price their agency has set for them or the standard price for creators of their audience size, and the label next to it says which. Asking for prices gets you an estimate built from those straight away. The agency that represents the creator then confirms availability and the real price before anything is agreed.
Who checks the creators?+
Every Verified creator got there through a person: either the agency that represents them added them to its roster, or our scans found them and someone on an agency’s talent team approved them one by one. Creators a scan found but nobody has checked yet are marked Discovered. They never go into an AI shortlist, they’re listed separately below it, and booking one takes longer because someone has to reach them first.
Which countries do you cover?+
Most creators today are in the Philippines and Indonesia, with a growing list found across the rest of Southeast Asia and the Caribbean still waiting to be checked. You can aim a brief at any of those countries. An agency on the platform can add a creator from any country by pasting their profile link, and a person checks them before they can be matched.
Do I need to know how to use AI?+
No. Write a brief in plain words or upload the PDF or Word (.docx) file you already have, and the platform fills in the rest for you to review.
What does it cost?+
Brands can use it free while it’s in beta. Agencies, federations and event organisers that want to sell on the platform agree terms with us directly.
Is my brief private?+
Your workspace is private: no other brand or agency can browse your campaigns. When you ask for prices, the agency that represents the creators you picked sees your name and email, your message, the creators, and your company if you add it. They also see the estimate made for you, which shows your brief’s objective, audience, budget and notes, plus any content ideas and reference images you approved, because that’s what they’re pricing. See the privacy policy.
I run an agency or a federation. Can I sell on StealthMatch?+
Yes. For now we set up each agency’s workspace with you rather than through self sign-up, so your roster, prices and client contact are right from the first day. Start from the For agencies page: its sign-up records that you want an agency workspace and we reply by email. Once it’s set up, your team joins with one invite link.
I'm a creator. How do I get listed?+
Apply on the creators page. It takes a minute, and a real person reviews every application.
Brands: start a free workspace and write your first brief; the campaign page has a button to reach a person.
